Wisconsin Firearms Training Center

I purchase a rifle from Wisconsin Firearms Training Center from there online store on 03/18/2020. Every time I call to inquire about my purchase I've told that they don't know when it will arrive at the store due to high sells. When I first ask for a refund I was told by the manger that it had already been shipped and that I would lose 20% of what I paid if I wanted a refund. At the time of purchase this was not posted on the web site or on my receipt that I would incur such a penalty. A week ago when I call and an employee stated that the manger was busy and was very short with me and also stated when I ask about a refund that, they are not offering any refunds and that I would just have to wait. He said that they have no idea when it would arrive. I have waited a month an still have not heard from them and still have no idea when they will receive it. When I purchase this item no where did it state that the item was on backorder anywhere. All other vendors are allowing full refunds. If you need examples I will be happy to supply you with them. This I feel is just a bad business practice to take someone's money and hold it without supplying me what I purchased. All the other vendors have caught up or are allowing refunds without a penalty. Also I believe that there is some price gouging because of the demand for an AR15. The item I bought for 797.98 I later found it on another sight for 589.00 and $514.00 after rebate
