Wireless Shop Of CNY

I continue to get billing notices each month from a company that has not responded to my texts, voicemails or emails since fall of 2019. They were our wireless fixed internet provider. Service ceased without warning last fall, yet charges continued. We disabled our credit card. Today we received this message:
Hi,

This is just a friendly reminder to inform you that you currently have a balence of 207.00.

I have included your latest invoice with this email.

The cut off date for this invoice is the 15th.

This Company charges for a service that it does not deliver. They are a wireless internet provider and their service is often down for days at a time. They do not compensate/prorate their service charge for the times we are without service. They do not respond to any form of contact, texting, voice messages...We have currently been without service for 6 days and have made numerous attempts to contact the business with no success. The business does not return phone messages of text messages. Additionally business has overcharge us with no explanation for the charge, cost was quoted at $69/mo and last month he charged us over $200.

Horrible customer service. Service regularly goes out and the provider is un-reachable by phone, text, emails etc, but still charges you for service they do not provide.
