Review: I ordered some parts from them and paid an extra $30 for overnight delivery. after a week and a half, I received the order. I tried to contact the store through a personal cell phone of a representative of the company as well as the phone number listed on the website. After a couple days, I finally heard back from them and they told me that I would get $30 credit by using a coupon code they made just for me. They told me it was my last name. I then went to make another order and put the coupon code in. I was greeted by an error code stating the code was invalid. I again tried to contact the company. another 2 days later, I received a phone call from another representative who told me I could give him the order and he would discount it as well as overnight the delivery. this was on a Wednesday. Thursday, I sent a text asking if my order was sent on time. was given the response "i will check when I get to the shop." Never heard back. It is now saturday, and I once again cannot get in contact with anyone. This order was approx. $340.00, and I have been billed for it. I am fed up with this company, and tried many, many times to find out where my order is, and why, AGAIN, the order could not be fulfilled like I was told it would.Desired Settlement: Refund of overnight delivery charge, NOT online store credit, and my order I placed because I run a repair business, and business practices like this are detrimental to my business. I am also asking for lost wages because I was not able to perform the repairs and the customer has taken their business elsewhere.
