Review: The employee encouraged me to take a [redacted] Tablet computer without telling me that there was a one year license obligation...and in fact, stated the opposite...he said, 'if I don't like it, bring it back, no problem.' I didn't like it, I brought it back, and now i'm being charged by [redacted] wireless an 'early termination fee'. I feel that this business (it was [redacted]) was a fast talker, didn't provide the details purposefully, and left me stuck with a 155 charge which I now have paid to [redacted].Desired Settlement: i'd like a refund or credit for 155 dollars, or part of this...I've been a long term customer of these guys with several phone accounts...it's a small concession from them to pay for their dishonesty and also make me whole, and a continued customer.
