Review: After month after month of spending hours trying to find out why the product and services paid for are not eligible to my useage because multiple repersenatives have failed to tell me that the service is not strong enough in my location to provide me with adequate service. The service does not support calling, calling is the main part of having a phone. Also after having multiple product isses customer service ensured me that it is better for me to just go to another provider. Customer care did not satisfy my needs even when proven that the service does not meet my needs.Desired Settlement: After calling numerous times about having a issue with the key pad on my phone. In less than a months time I can no longer return the phone. The product does not provide the service it is suppose to.
