On 3/16/2022 my husband and I went to the Costco store #1027, in Sheridan, CO. We went to trade in our old Samsung phones for the new Samsung S22. We were supposed to receive 2 $125 Costco shop cards. We met all the qualifications for the deal that was going at that time, including that we had two new lines with AT&T after switching from Verizon, we also turned in our old phones for the trade in offer. We never received the paper work to get this rebate. We went back into the store a week later, to ask about our paper work. We were told that she could not print the paperwork, and could not bring it up on her computer. She was going to talk to her Mgr. and get back to us. We never heard from her. Please help us get this resolved. If you need more info please email me or call. Not only did we not get the paperwork for the Costco Cards, we had to go to the AT&T Store to fix the billing issue we had with our plan.
