The product the customer ordered was on backorder and the estimated ship date was clearly stated on the product order page. Once the customer stated they wished to cancel the order, we immediately processed his request and processed the refund. Unfortunately there was a system error with the refund...

and it wasn't processed. The customer emailed us today demanding a refund. I investigated the issue and found the system error then immediately processed a refund. We have responded to each email and acted quickly to resolve this customers issues.

Review: I ordered a bluetooth speaker on 4/17/14 and was charged for it even though it is on back order. The product is not in stock and will not ship untill 4/30/14. I cancelled the order but the vendor still charged my account. I have asked for credit and they said they would credit my account in a few days. I still have not received my refund and its been over a month! They have stopped responding to my emails.Desired Settlement: Refund my money with interest!
