Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/10/26) */ well seeing how we did not do any work around the bottom of radiator all repairs were done in main wiring harness at the top of transmission and engine it had a broken wire going to the alternator and had a missing fuse for the A/CAnd for the over charge the customer said to fix the car for the price he was charged if he felt that was to much he should of told me not to repair it Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/11/02) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) They did break the radiator drain plug because it isn't far from the area the guy claims had a broken wire near the transmissionAlso they tampered behind the glove compartment and broke some relay holder out of where it clips in and it's just dangling nowI attached a pictureI found that because I heard something vibrating in the dashboard that I never heard before and wondered what it could beBecause that being broken loose my glove box door doesn't open and close the way it shouldThe picture shows the glove box door removed and the harness danglingI don't know how it mounts back in to be able to fix itIt has broken clips on itAlso I waited while they worked on it in the waiting area I heard them talking from the shop as if it was fixedI believe they deliberately dragged the work on for an hour longer (to be able to charge more) while I waited and starting tearing apart the dashboard and have damaged things while doing that
