Wipeout Exterminating

Review: Wipe out is a exterminating company, 06-**-14 they came and served for cockroaches , and told us that it will go away, about two weeks later they came for follow up and said the same thing. They are not so cheap charged us 350 dollars for the visit . Currently all cockroaches are alive and roaming quite comfortably. Nothing happened to them, not even reduced. I wonder , what I have paid for ?Desired Settlement: failed to eliminate cockroaches,
