Gas was not billed to the customer. The customer did not receive a bill from us. It is my understanding that the heating contractor did bill for repairs “at the meter” which I understand to be the pipe fitting after the meter itself. According to PSC 135 all piping after the meter is the responsibility of the customer. We did not make or authorize any repairs to the customer owned facilities and feel we are not responsible for the $158 bill from [redacted].
