Review: They continually send out flyers and call requesting my fathers bank account and credit card numbers. He is 79 years old and has health issues and they put pressure on him. I have asked them to stop the correspondence and they have not. He is not of right mind and will send them money for nothing. They are taking advantage of the elderly. I have left numerous messages and they will not return calls. They just want your credit card number.Desired Settlement: STOP the correspondence and calling PLEASE!

We called and left a message today 7/15/15 on the phone number you provided (and sent an email to the address you provided) explaining that we returned a call from and spoke with [redacted] on 6/30/15, where he requested to remain on our list to receive offers. We will honor the request of [redacted] (? last name) and remove [redacted] name immediately from our files. We also stated that we will not accept or process any future orders from [redacted].

Review: I returned a product titled the [redacted] -3 game system for a refund over three months ago, but no refund or any communication has arrived.

I had emailed this firm twice regarding my complaint explaning to them if they did not respond to me I would file a Revdex.com complaint against them, no such response had come.Desired Settlement: A refund check of $9.95 will do.
