I Apologize for responding late.We have been trying to get in touch with the customer on this issue but we have not been able to as there was no response from the client's endHowever we did go ahead and refunded the amount the customer paidA complete refund was processed on the day we received

In response to the message from Wintex Solutions Inc., they have never contracted me after my ini9tial call to them in which I spoke to a man claiming his name was [redacted]. Secondly they have never refunded themonies in question. I have attached documentation from my bank proproving no such transaction has occurred. And thirdly, after speaking with my ban on this matter Wintex Solutions has yet to respond to them in regardsto my dispute.Should you need anything else from me please do not hesitate to contact me at [redacted][email protected]
