I have years of experience in back-office operations for the state as well as large financial institutions, the 1st "assignment" they send me on is in Customer Service call center. When I called and emailed to voice my dissatisfaction I felt as though I was just placated rather than actually removed from the assignment. It wasn't until I removed myself and made it absolutely clear I was not returning did they actually REALLY do something. Too little too late, I informed them their services were no longer needed. Smh.... They could have placed me in a position doing data entry all day and even that would have been a better fit. Know your talent, know what their strengths actually are; don't just dump them anywhere because you need warm bodies to fill spots and collect your money.
