I purchased a spa package for $153.00 from the wintergreen spa. The transaction was conducted online and I selected to have the spa package mailed to me. I never received anything in the mail, but I did contact the business owner that said I should get my package in a couple of days. It's been two weeks now and I haven't received anything. The business is located in Greenville and I live in Greenville. The owner has not responded to emails afterward.

My business have nothing to do with your frustration. I sent your certificate by US Post service. I sent your gift certificate by mail and make picture of envelope before I sent it as a proof, that I did my part of work and you can see address was written correctly. I always make photos before I sent mails. But I can not control Post service. By the way I never get return my envelope either. So somebody did get certificate. If not you, then I do not know who.Also on your emails I answered immediately next day. I have screenshots as a proof as well, with indicated days and times, that I did not ignore your emails. You send it complain as disputed amount of money $153. But you never asked me about return your money. I can immediately do this for you. I always return money for gift certificates if clients for some reasons can not or not want to use them.Sincerely

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Gift package has arrived. I consider the matter closed. I contacted the USPS and they had no knowledge of any delay.
