We purchased a female yellow lab puppy from this breeder. When we went to pick up the puppy she disclosed to us that the puppy had a short lower jaw. She did not disclose any health issues prior to the pick-up date. She stated that the puppy may grow out of it, but that did not happen. This information should have been disclosed prior to the pick-up date. We ended up spending thousands of dollars on dental surgery for the puppy. When we asked the breeder to assist in the cost of this surgery, her response was, "You should just have the lower canine teeth pulled out, that will be a lot cheaper." Our vet recommended we not have the canines pulled, because that would weaken the strength of the lower jaw and potentially cause other issues down the road. When we explained that to the breeder, she would not assist with any of the costs for the dental surgery. I would never purchase another dog from this breeder. She is not an ethical breeder.

We purchased a retired female that has bred many puppies and were told she loves everyone and everything. The truth is the dog is very fearful and reactive, especially towards children. I have asked to have the dogs medical records and date of birth emailed to me, but have been ghosted since we picked up the dog. We would like to hire a trainer to work with the dog, but were also afraid for the safety of neighbor children. Breeding stock should be the cream of the crop as far as sociability and temperament. This woman is a puppy mill.

We bought are white lab from Winter Valley Labs and she is the best lab we’ve had. She is beautiful, so smart, sweet and funny. Everyone loves her. If I ever get another Lab I will be going back here to purchase one. She has a waiting list for puppies because they are great Labs.

This breeder has caused my friend such a great deal of stress as a result of her poor communication skills and irrational behavior. It seems she is overwhelmed and no longer breeds as a passion and love of dogs, but solely for profit.

Took my $200 deposit and will not furnish puppy or give refund.
