Winter Haven Aluminum, Inchas developed a reputation by many in my community, including myself of poor job performance They tend to show up, get started, and then disappear for week or weeks at a time When contacted, it's always the same answer, we are waiting on parts! I experienced this when they replaced windows and a sliding glass door in my home They began work in November and didn't finish until February Many others in our neighborhood and indicated the same tactics were used on their jobs as well Come out, get started, now your stuck with them, and finish when they feel like it
At his point, I am in the process of suing them in smalls claims court because their service after the job is not-existent My sliding glass door is under warranty but I cannot get it fixed because Winter Haven Aluminum, Incwill not provide me with a copy of the purchase invoice so I can file a claim
My advise, stay away from this company!
