The reason [redacted] helped [redacted] acquire insurance is she wanted to take delivery of the vehicle and the bank approval required the insurance coverage. No one at Winter is compensated for referring a customer to a insurance company. It is for the convenience of our customers that we provide contacts....
The bank that provided the loan helps customers with challenged credit and it is the banks structure for down payment and terms. Winter does not benefit with more or less down payment. The Service contract can be cancelled if requested in writing from [redacted]. The refund legally has to go to the bank because they are the lien holder. [redacted]'s monthly payment would not change but the balance would be reduced. We do see value for the customer to have coverage, but that is the customers choice. If [redacted] wants to come in for us to look at a scratch, she can bring it in to evaluate. Insurance was NOT required by the bank in order for me to take possession at the time I purchased the vehicle. [redacted] was aware I planned on purchasing insurance with my agent. He also said I do NOT need insurance at this time. As I previously mentioned I purchased the insurance with [redacted] based on the reduced down payment he offered.
The vehicle already came WITH a 2 year service contract. What [redacted] fails to realize is that I want my 2 year service contract, however I do not want to pay anything for it. Therefore, refund the $1,242.00 to the bank and stipulate that the 2 year service contract will remain.
[redacted] also failed to mention the down payment. When I stated [redacted] wasn’t willing to reduce the purchase price, but suddenly was able to reduce it upon insurance purchase. Why aren’t you willing to drop the price further?
[redacted] again failed to mention the maintenance records for the vehicle. Where are they?
Where is the vehicle manual?
How do I cancel Sirus XM Radio?
How do I cancel On Star?
What coverage do I get for maintenance and repair?
