Winter Associates

Winter Associates is possibly the WORST auction house in New England. They majority of the staff 9at least those that answer the phones) are rude and know very little about the auction business. STAY CLEAR!

Review: I Legitimately won a bid at auction (verified via [redacted], the auction site facilitator that I used and through which Winter Associates is a member)and they refused to follow through with purchase, citing a "clerical" error. I received an invoice from [redacted]erifying that I won the item at auction and when I followed up with Winter Assoc. (to pay for the item and to arrange shipping) I received an email from them telling me due to a clerical error that my item was sold to someone else.Desired Settlement: I would like to complete the sale, if possible.
