Thank you for the opportunity to serve you. When the watch was first received at ourstore it was not functioning. We haveattempted to fix this watch twice in a matter of a few weeks; both timessuccessfully, however not for very long after our customer took it home. Before sending
the watch home the second timewe requested that if it did not work we be given one more chance to fix it andif that third try did not work we would happily replace the watch at noexpense. This exact model is,unfortunately, discontinued. To satisfyher request we would like to refund her entire purchase and wish her well. We apologize that our attempts to serve havenot met her expectations; we have done the best we can do.We contacted the customer today (July 28th, 2015)and resolved this issue with a full refund.
