I've reviewed the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted] and offer the following reply.
We utilize both live callers and automated calling equipment. However, at no time are outbound calls made prior to 8:00am and never any later than 7:30pm. As part of reviewing this compaint, I...
checked our outgoing call logs for the phone numbers provided by Mr. [redacted] and there were no calls outside of our standard calling hours.
We indeed have an account in our office belonging to Mr. [redacted]. The account is owed to [redacted], PLLC. Our records indicate that on 10/18/2012 at 12:47pm Mr. [redacted] spoke with a representative from our office concerning the account. The balance of $[redacted] was explained as being a radiologist charge for the reading of a CT Scan at [redacted]. He told the account representative that he was a student with $[redacted] to his name and was unable to set up any type of payment arrangment. Our records also indicate, that on 7/15/2013 at approximately 10:47am, Mr. [redacted] called our office from his number of [redacted]. He didn't leave a voicemail and when an account representative tried to call him back there was no answer.
The account was reported to both Trans Union and Equifax 12/21/2012. The account was reported one time to each bureau as a collection account.
I appreciate the opportunity to address the complained filed by Mr. [redacted]. We are very interested in preserving the goodwill and confidence of our customers. Should there be any further information needed to resolve this complaint, please feel free to contact me.
