Wink Shades

I spoke with Tonya *** about purchasing shades aka eyewear from her business. She understood which shades I wanted to purchase and one pair was customized. I spent $153 with her business expecting to receive the shades I ordered and her promise of select free of shades. She became non responsive after I reached out asking for my tracking number. Later she sent a tracking number but Usps never received my package. Next I received one pair of shades I ordered. I never received my shades the date promised. Later I received multiple shades in one package but never received 3 pair of the shades I ordered. I've tried to reach out to her via phone, email, text, messenger and no response. I've asked to return all but the one pair I received that I did order and for a refund. It has been several days and I'm not receiving a response. I would like to be refunded. I've asked others and it seems this is a pattern of hers. She has a credit repair agency and also done some pretty unprofessional things to customers of hers. I would like a response and refund. She should also pay for postage to return the items I did not order. She received funds via cash app and isn't responding to cash app either.
