Wings Over Washington

Review: Tonight I spoke with an employee of Wings Over Washington and placed an order at 8:30. I was told it would be 45 minutes until it was delivered. When I called them back at 9:50, the phone just kept ringing. I continued calling intermittently until 10:15 with a total of . It's clear that I will not receive my food tonight - despite them already having charged my credit card.

I would not submit this complaint if this had been the first time something like this occurred. The issues I have had before with the Wings Over Washington location are:

- placing an order via phone and not getting the food or any follow up communication (yes, today is the second time this location has done this to me)

- doublecharging my credit card

- delivering the wrong order and not answering their phones when I called in to try to correct the mistake

- closing the store early yet the system let me place an order online - so yet again my credit card was charged and I didn't get any food or communication from the store until I called again the next morning

- forgetting the sauces I had paid for. In fact this happens most every time.

- delivery drivers refusing to call ahead even when I reminded them of this many times - so they delivered to my neighbors instead of me (we have the same address which is why I always stress that drivers call ahead)

- extreme rudeness over the phone

I have always experienced good service at other Wings Over locations, and your food is very good, but I am about fed up with this location. The irresponsible behavior is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: Refund the order and provide me with a free order of equivalent value.
