Wings 'n Things Express

Recently ordered some wings paid $20.99. Next morning bank statement showed to charges for $20.99 call my bank representative confirmed I was double charged by wings and things. I call wings & they said bring receipt and bank statement I did they refused to refund funds I call my bank representative she agreed to speak with them. Wings and things took phone call then hung up on bank representative. Employees on site and owner refused to give me their name. I have proof from my bank statement and my representative showing double charge.
