Wingate by Wyndham

Just spent the night at Wingate by Wyndham in San Angelo, TX. Not impressed. The shower had black mold around corners, crumbs in desk chair, debris on floor in room and halls, drips from something on bathroom door, and water pressure in sink was terrible. It was not an updated hotel, and for the price of $130.00 per night that’s okay. However, the dirt, grime and mold is really unacceptable. I somehow felt dirty after I left the hotel.

I am covered in bed bug bites. When brought to the attention of the front desk there has been no contact with the general manager.
I checked in on a Friday late night and checked out at 5am Monday morning.
Saturday and Sunday I realized I was covered in bed bug bites. I brought it to the attention of the front desk Monday after I got back from my flight back home.

They said they would notify the general manager and put the room out of service and they would give me a call back. It has been brought to my attention someone is currently using the room and they will look into the room and fumigate if necessary AFTER the guests have checked out.

I am pregnant, have bites on my feet, shoulder, and lower back. Front desk, has stated there is nothing they can do.

I have not gotten a call back because the general manager has "not been in". And now it is Friday.

They have not taken the situation seriously and have avoided getting the situation escalated to the general manager
