Wing Stop

I Made a food order online on January 31, 2020, which I soon after had to cancel (2mins-5mins later). I made the following request online and via phone with cashier on Jan 31, 2020. Spoke with *** or *** and she cancelled order and notified me that the refund would take 3 to 5 business days to be back on my debit card. 5 days later nothing so I called to verify refund and speak with management on February 6,2020. I spoke with another young lady and she stated the manager was out but she would call him and ask why refund had not yet been posted. Also how long it would take or if he could possibly have the transaction done that day and she would get back to me.The employee/young lady did indeed return the call the same day and I was told that she would need my last four of my debit care # date of transaction and my name. This information was given and she told me the information would be passed along to her manager and he would take care of the matter personally and give me a call the next business day.
