Wing Heaven

Here is an overview of my recent experience Received incorrect replacement after it was agreed upon on 2 occasions. WH gave 1/2 order, lied about, then refused to do anything when caught in lie.
Original order included 12pc wings and 1 lb Cauliflower, both with garlic parmesan sauce. When arrived home, noticed cauliflower was burnt with no seasoning. There were 11pc chicken wings with a different seasoning that was spicy, and not garlic parmesan sauce. Called and WH agreed to replace. Next day, phoned to get replacement order. Agreed to replace entire order. Mom picked up order ( I'm in wheelchair) and order had 1/2 lb Cauliflower and 9 pc wing. When called WH to ask why. Employee stated "my manager told me to give you that because that is what you deserved".. I asked to speak to manager to ask for refund now. Manager had to call me back. When called back, she initially tried telling me that my mom looked at order and thought it looked good (my mom meant not bur nt and right seasoning). Then said I got entire order. I said not true bc of volume and count of food plus employee's statement. At that point, her tone changed and she told me of signs in restaurant to check food and refused to do anything more. I feel that this place has inconsistent food, poor customer service and dishonesty. I would not recommend this business.
