Regarding complaint # [redacted] for [redacted] (attached), the insurance he uses (Vision Service Plan) requires us to order the lenses from the VSP owned lab in Columbus, Ohio We did order on March 22, 2016, but did not receive the order from VSP until April 13, Unfortunately, this was out of our control While communication should have been better, we could not expedite the order under these circumstances Wing Eyecare did refund the full amount the patient paid us ($128.65) on April 12, as well as reinstating all his benefits to be used elsewhere We believe this issue is resolved
