My wedding was cancelled to due restrictions related to the coronavirus. I contacted *** the owner as soon as possible and let her know. Our contract did not have any stipulations on refunds or rescheduling. The owner has not returned any calls, text messages, emails or even certified letters asking for communication. So the option to reschedule is not possible. I have requested a full refund due to this. It has been 23 days since my first attempt. Still nothing. I sent money via *** at her request and they have no policy in place to help with these matters like paypal does. I sent her $1000 on two separate occasions. After research I have found that *** has owned multiple catering business that have similar complaints of taking money and then not providing services and never responding to her clients. The money I sent was for 30 guests to stay at the property in Farmersville Texas, since we never have been to the ranch no services were rendered. The money for the catering was not due until May 20th.
