Review: I applied on career builder and was emailed directly by the vice president of operations [redacted]; scheduled an interview during the week of march 10,2014. I then was asked to complete tax forms in person as well as send personal identification such as passport and NYS ID via email. Thereafter when attempting to contact [redacted] in regards to services her agency provides and employment opportunities she was unavailable and this issue is currently ongoing. She does not have a voicemail set up at the agency and did not respond to repeated email inquires as well as not responding to several messages left via phone. I attempted to contact a colleagues she supervises was able to leave a message on a VM and was unsuccessful in getting a response from that individual also. I fear my information maybe used maliciously, or this agency gains clientele for the purpose of getting funding and not actually providing services. I should have done research on this agency before they also go by Bespoke Search group. I urge individuals to look out for employment agencies/services who prey on consumers need for work.Desired Settlement: Remove my name and information from agency database as well as destroy all forms and documentation with my personal information. I would not like this agency to be able to list me as a client or claim services rendered.
