I contacted Windor Fashion due to an delivery error on they behalf. After reaching out to *** inquiring about a package that was stated delivered but not to my address. *** informed me the package I was inquiring about had a different zip code than provided by me. After providing all necessary information to Windsor Fashion, they refused to say they shipping department took upon themselves to generate a zip code that was not provided by buyer. Customer Service Manager *** decided to argue with me stating packing was delivered to 14094 when I have supporting evidence showing it was delivered to ***. *** stated I will have to wait the next business day because FedEx was close. FedEx customer service is 24hrs. She later follow-up with me the next day with a very nasty attitude and basically refused to take care of the problem at hand. I'm still currently waiting for my dress that I order for my reception to be delivered as promised. No one has decided to take priority of my claim. Worst customer support ever.

The customer entered the wrong city when inputting the address on their order. Windsor printed the shipping label exactly as entered by the customer and gave the package to *** for delivery. *** was unable to locate the address because of the wrong city. *** then changed the zip code to match the city and delivered the package to that address, which was unfortunately not the customer. The customer contacted us claiming we had changed her address, which is incorrect. The address was changed by *** because it was entered incorrectly by the customer. Regardless, we did take ownership of the situation and agreed to do an overnight reship at our own expense despite this being customer error. The reship containing the dress and other items was delivered to the customer at the correct address on 8/23.

Your clothes are beautiful. The quality is so much better than Fashion Nova. But may you please, PLEASE, PLEASE create an app. I love this site.

9/23/17 I went there and my daughter got two dresses, when we went to check out, I asked what's the return policy, we went back Saturday 10/7 (the 14th day) to return two dresses for $30.13, the manager told me I couldn't return it, it's a marked down item so we can't return it, the POS system wouldn't even let me do it. The salesperson was *** #***. The receipt lists the returns policy, it too lists 14 days as the window for returns.

To whom it may concern:District manager *** with Windsor Fashions called guest *** on Thursday 10/26/17 to offer an apology and an approval for a refund for the items she purchased on 9/23/17 in the total of $30.13. *** notified *** that she would be going to the store in our Fairview Heights IL location to complete the return within the next week. Management team at this location was notified to honor and complete a return for this guest. This was resolved and *** will be receiving a refund.Please let me know if you need any other informationThank you

Absolutely horrible experience here trying to buy a dress for my daughter for her school dance...the manager placed an order for the dress in the size we needed, told us it would come in the next week....on wednesday I called and was told it wasn't in and "probably wasn't coming" because they were now in their inventory period and no shipments are made during this time--I asked how this could be something I wasn't told when I ordered the dress more than a week ago and was simply told sorry, Ill try to call the other store....several hours later I called back to speak to the "manager" again and was told yeah I really don't think its going to be shipped now and if it was it wouldn't be until next week. Absolutely no problem solving offered or any responsiblilty or concern for the situation this left my daughter in before her first dance. Hard to believe this dress couldn't have been shipped when I offered to pay extra to get it here on time and no-one felt the need to tell us.
