Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/11/12) */ Miss [redacted] picked her vehicle up on May 1st after Smog related repairs were done.She signed work order & Copy of the same was given to her & DMV & Failed smog papers from other shop.She never called us or came in asking for her work order,Her mom came in once asking for papers & I told her By law shop is not allowed to disclose any info to her.Day I got complaint letter from Revdex.com I called [redacted] & offered her copy of the invoice.Keep in mind she had filed a complaint with Bureau of Automotive & BAR Rep checked all my paperwork & found all is done properly.Thanks
