I’m out $5107. Contact WI Dept of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. They are being investigated for fraudulent contracts in Dane, Columbia Counties; The Dells. Criminal charges in Green and Milwaukee Counties. It’s estimated over half a million has been stolen. How good is your installation? I’ve been told their work, when done, is subpar. It’s also been said there are at least 14 different companies i.e. Bathrooms Unlimited LLC etc.

Here it is 2022 and Windows Unlimited is making contracts. Is this the same company? I’m out $5107. Same owners another company, Bathrooms Unlimited LLC, scamming people out of their hard earned money in Wisconsin.

I orders 15 replacement windows. I was told it would take 4 to 6weeks for deliver and installation. And after 9 week I called the company to inquire about the windows. I was told the windows had not arrived. The company did not update us on the status of the windows. I called back 6 weeks later and was told all the were in except (1). Then another 4 weeks passed. I called for an update on the (1) window and asked if they could install the windows that came in. He said no, we only install complete orders to avoid coming back. Then another 6 weeks passed. I called to inquire about the (1) window to complete the order. I was told my order had not arrived. I then said I was told only (1) window was missing from the order. Then 2 weeks later they called to schedule the installation of the windows. Then after several more weeks that started installation, but did not have all the windows or screens. Several more weeks passed before they installed a partial of the screens and still no dining room window. Then after a few more weeks they installed the last window. I asked about the caps no response. Then I inquired again about caps...no response. Then the came and installed the caps and billed me for an additional 1400.00 dollars. I said no. They then threaten to put a lien on my house for payment. This is the absolute worse company to deal with, I did contact a lawyer and they are looking into matter.
