Took my Caddy to get service, these days you get a service plan when you buy these animalsI wanted my oil changed and inspection sticker, they did the oil change and wouldn't give me my inspection stickerThey said the fluid tank was crackedWe tried the whipper and the fluids worked just fineI told them it was working they said it was my rear whipperI tried them it, the fluids wasn't workingThey said it would be $for the cracked reservoirI was charged $for the inspection but no sticker.They have done this several times in the pass on other vehiclesI never question themI'm a long time customerI felt suspicious so I took it to my friends place where they service my MercedesThey notice someone had taken the clamp that held the hose that went to the rear pumpThe reservoir tank was not cracked The clamp was completely goneThe hose looks brand newThey put a new clamp on for me to a devastating charge of $79, inspection $ I called my Cadillac, MacMulkin Cadillac, dealer todayTold them how outraged I wasI'm sending copies of their diagnosis as well as the diagnosis of the people who repaired and spotted the obvious tamperingThe people who own this dealership, and it's a big dealership, went to school with my wifeWe trusted themYou just never know how far people will go too betray, lie and steal from others, just to make commission My wife was in an accident she was hit from behind by three cars, my insurance company was there the very next day, cut a check and it took MacMulkin months to fix my carMinor damage to the bumper and exhaustThey're excuse, they had forgotten that my insurance company had already gave them a check I called them today spoke with one of the managers that is very nice guyI told him we will never go back there again, I explained what happened and he wanted to make things right, only after I told them I was sending copies of their report, and the report of the dealer who fixed and inspected my issue to the State Attorney Generals office, Revdex.com, and sending a emails out too the thousand of people who follow my music Buyer bewareThey took my friendship and easy going relationship for granted If your going too buy a Cadillac, don't but at MacMulkin in Nashua NH or any one of their other locations They are dishonest, they will take you kindness as a weakness
