Estimate was done on September 21st for two windows to be replaced due to minor hail damage for a total cost of Installed windows in late December They replaced the wrong window and the small fixed window was not frosted Both windows were crooked and the exterior and interior was torn up and left that wayChunks of siding were missing and on the inside of the large window that should not have been replaced from the saw on the window frame Worse yet the large window will not close without two people pushing and holding After being stood me up twice, I showed the damage to the owners they promised to make it "right"On the day of the repair the person did not show up So I called the office I was told he was on his way minutes later he showed up and had no idea he was repairing so he was not prepared Inexperienced installers, terrible communication and customer service My deposit was refunded but my windows are worse of then when I started

Windows for Less had the lowest price, but not by much It's worth it to pay a little more They showed up to install day and only finished install on the interior portion of my windowsThey cracked my bathroom wall in two placesThey told me someone else would come to finish the exterior the next day No one came Meanwhile, days later, the company tried to collect the total due and did not send anyone to finish the exterior for another week! Even that person showed up late, then when I tried to pay the half left due (I'd paid half at the time of ordering), I was hung up on repeatedly because office staff didn't know how to transfer phones Once I successfully got a human to take a credit card number, she tried to charge me the original total contract amount, not the half amount I had due because the file system they have in place is so disorganized they had no record in the office of my previous payment Windows for Less is completely unprofessional and disorganized

This Business is horrible, customer service is worthless, and I would not and will never use or recommend this business to anyone

They replaced the wrong window and the small fixed window was not frosted. Both windows were crooked and the exterior and interior was torn up and left that way.
