Review: Hello, I purchased my windows on 10/1/2013 by this company who provided me with a lifetime warranty on the windows. He also sold me a 10 year transferrable glass break warranty. He specifically told me to contact the window manufacturer if there were any problems with the workmanship of the windows. Well there are problems. I attempted to contact the company to no avail. I then tried to contact [redacted] and all I get is the voice mail which I have left messages on requesting help in contacting the manufacturer. I would kindly request some help in this matter as my window has failed.Desired Settlement: I would like a new window as the warranty guarantees.

Regarding her voicemails I apologize for not addressing her concerns. I had a temp handling my phone while I was out on a medical leave. I got my phone back on 2/14/14. Payment installation company and stand behind my installs. Unfortunately for this homeowner the company who was responsible for the product has closed and not honoring warranties. If my former client reaches out for me now or send me an email I would gladly advise of her options regarding her repairs.

I am rejecting this response because:I called several times and last call today I left a detailed message. I am not satisfied especially since she has not returned my calls. The false promises and lack of assistance is embarrassing. I will be posting my opinion of [redacted] on [redacted] and every business related website.
