Our windows were installed Monday & Tuesday We are so pleased with the look and the professional finish The installers were efficient, speedy and left the area tidy The windows operate so smoothly I look forward to the winter, storms, whatever with these new windows

Windows by Zager and their installation crew are awesome! We had a fairly large project - windows and three doors - and several of the windows and doors were complicated removals and installs Zager did a superb job in handling the construction issues they encountered, some of which were created by the former owner hiring sub-standard workers, and some created by the fact that we have a house with steel frame windows We love the product they use, the brand is Custom Windows We chose them over Simonton and PGT impact windows for several reasons Zager installed single hung, non-tilt windows We absolutely did not want tilting windows The installation team is very experienced, kept a clean job site, and were pleasant to have in our home The project took days and I would highly recommend Zager to anyone

I was a fan of the windows and the installation. But...

I contacted the company to find out the window cost (minus the installation) because my copy of my invoice only had one combined price. I needed the window cost alone for my taxes to be eligible for the home energy credit. The company refused to provide me the window cost alone! I believe this isn't an honest way to run a business.
