Review: I purchased new siding and windows/installation from Window Wizards. I now have defects in the windows and leaks in the installation causing other water damage. I am unable to reach anyone, and not clear on how the warranty applies when no contact is possible.Desired Settlement: I request any and all repairs associated with the window defects, installation leaks to incude required building inspection permits be performed and covered in full, including all and past water damage associated with the leaks.

Review: On May 5, 2005 I purchased a Bay Window from Window Wizards. Our customer # [redacted] the sales rep's name was [redacted]. In April of 2006 we called Window Wizards to complain about water damage to the wood shelf, started on the left side. **. [redacted] came to the house to examine the damage, he stated "It's sun damage.". We again called several weeks later, someone came out and chalked the window on left side then and said it is not his job to do any caulking it is ours. At this time the window was up for 14 months. We continued to call and complain and were given excuses of we'll take a message, or we'll try to get someone to you back. This window cost us over 2600 dollars. As of now the entire wood shelf is damaged . I have tried contacting them for several years with no luck.Desired Settlement: I would like the window replaced and the entire shelfving repaired.

Review: I ordered new windows and sliding glass doors from window wizards around 10 years ago. Since then, I have a seal that broke on a sliding glass door and all my screens have dry rotted from the sun. The windows had a lifetime warranty and I can't seem to get them replaced.Desired Settlement: I purchased these products because they had a lifetime warranty and now it's broken and I cant get it replaced. It has been a long and difficult road trying to get this matter handled.
