I just had the WORST experience with a window contractor and his crazy wife. Not only did the owner Richard *** not seem to know what he was doing (because it took 3 different visits for him to figure out what windows needed to be replaced), he is a male chauvinist pig. I tried to tell and show him which windows we wanted him to look at, but he turned his back to me and would only speak to my husband (who didn't know what needed to be done). After I drove 4 & 1/2 hours to be there for the installation time they gave us his crew showed up 5 hours late without all of the windows. While I was in my home complaining about Richard ***, I referred to him as a male chauvinist ***. His worker told him and Richard called my husband to tell on me! I had to drive another 4 &1/2 hours to be here today so they could put in the "correct" windows. Unfortunately when he came out for the 2nd inspection we weren't here to make sure he did his job correctly, so he had included windows that didn't need to be replaced and the windows in the GARAGE! But, he still didn't get 2 more of the ones we asked about.
They happened to have the windows we needed at the "shop" so his wife, Rosa ***, decided to bring them to my house. She proceeded to tell me how I'm allowed to speak in MY HOME and tried to stick up for her husband's lack of doing his job. After I told her to leave, she called my husband, lied to him, and tried to start drama.
Now I have discovered that my boys used to go to school with one of their sons and I am friends with tons of people who know them.
?? I am without words...
