I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.We still have several items submitted in April for warranty that have not been completed. Other items submitted since April are still not resolved. There has been significant effort over the past 3 weeks to close out multiple items. Some items still remained unresolved.  For instance it has been noted that we paid for a buff colored mortar for our brick work. None of the repairs have been done with buff mortar. All have been done with a lighter color. The cracks on the northwest corner of the house are still present. In addition the foreman supervising repairs called to let us know that additional work would be done on the northeast corner where there were cracks in the brick. That work has not been completed. The drainage issue noted in Several months ago have not been addressed. Please review buildertrend, the warranty system, for a complete list.
