Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Your salesman pushed the service contract very hard and I rejected it twice, then he pulled out his sales card and said it was a "peace of mind" contract for me If we did not use it we would get all our money back I guess, he did not have any faith in the [redacted] product Come on, kick in more money and let's put this complaint to rest Sincerely, [redacted] ***
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The Service Contract Refund Agreement was for [redacted] purchase price of $ This contract was signed by the Authorized dealer Representative I feel .25cents on the dollar is not a fair compensation for the contract being broken I would expect at least 1/or 3/of the contract amount Sincerely, [redacted] ***
Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: we have our own pictures to contradict their response, as to the cause of the complaint, we do not accept a patched unit, in place of a brand new one we purchased
Sincerely,
*** ***
As I reiterated in my last response, Ms*** did not pay anything for the *** contractThe money she paid to *** was for the actual service contract. We are offering her $as a good will gesture to a valued customer. I am sorry that *** went out of business. However the service company issuing the actual service contract would have paid for repairs per that contract if you submitted any bills. Let me repeat, YOU PAID NOTHING FOR THE *** CONTRACT*** COLLECTED NO MONEY FROM YOU FOR THAT PRODUCTYou paid us money for the actual service contract and that company would have honored their agreement to pay for the stated repairs to your RV. on your Buyers Order there would have been a line for the service contract but no mention of the *** contractIn fact on the Service Contract Refund Agreement the second paragraph states "That Performance under this agreement is the sole responsibility Of *** and not to be construed as an obligation of the dealer." Which was *** and this is why we did charge you for this *** contract
What you actually purchased from Windish RV was a year extended warranty contract at the cost of $1900. The *** *** *** contract you paid nothing for since Windish included it for free. At that time *** came to us with this new product and wanted us to give it a
try. *** had been around for awhile so our finance manager was willing to give it a shot. We purchased the contracts from *** for around $to the best of my recollection. We decided to give them away free to customers who bought a service contract. This lasted no more than 3-months. We did not charge you anything for the *** contract. We are willing to give you $just as a good will measure since of course we feel terrible about including the *** contract even though you paid nothing for it. I m sorry for any inconvenience you have suffered, but I feel we are being more than fair offering $for your aggravation and disappointment

I am rejecting this response because: The Service Contract Refund Agreement was for [redacted] purchase price of $1942. This contract was signed by the Authorized dealer Representative. I feel .25cents on the dollar is not a fair compensation for the contract being broken. I would expect at least 1/2 or 3/4 of the contract amount.
Sincerely,
