The company took our money and never performed any of the services said they said they would provide. They stopped responding to our calls and emails.Windham Marketing Solutions ([redacted] and [redacted], Owners) were hired to provide a telemarketing service for our company. After we agreed upon the conditions of service (cold call clients and weekly detail call reports) with [redacted], she sent us an invoice for $900. Prepayment was required before commencing service so we wired the $900 on September 11th 2013 directly to their company bank account. [redacted] confirmed receipt on September 12th via phone and said they would start telemarketing within a few days. I did not hear from them again until September 16th, where [redacted] said her household had been sick and were hoping to start within a couple days. On September 19th, [redacted] said they would start telemarketing on September 23rd. On Sept 24th [redacted] emailed me and said they had started and they would keep us posted. We did not hear back from them again until October 3rd where [redacted] said she had a sick child and would be sending an update that day. No update was sent. On October 8th [redacted] said she would call us the next day. She did not call. At this point, all communications started falling off to the point of not getting any returned calls or any replies to our emails. No work was ever performed and we never received any weekly reports. We followed up with numerous emails and phone calls but it has been over a month since we have received any contact from them via email or phone. We requested a full refund but received no response to this request. On October 22nd we sent a final email saying we would report them if they did not contact us immediately. Desired SettlementWe are requesting a full refund of $900.
