I ordered a MatMates door mat on Jan2, and still have not received my orderToday is Feb9, They charged my account on Jan2, even before they shipped the item (which has not been shipped yet)I have made several attempts at e-mail and phone callsI received a text message once stating that it was a special order & the company had a flood in the area and it should be arriving by the end of the next week which was Jan19, I waited another two weeks with no communication and no deliveryI contacted the company once again (it went into voice mail) and have not heard anythingI asked for a refundI have since ordered with another company and they shipped it out the same dayI would like to get my money back from Wind Sensations
Customers order was originally shipped out to the shipping address on the order (***, )
on 11/9/and was returned by the USPS with the notation that there was No Such Streeton november we sent the customer the following email:Your flag has been sent directly to your
PostmasterIt has been
returned to us, by our Post office, saying there is no such
street ( ** *** ***.)After confirming the existence of ** *** ***it was put into another envelope and shipped directly
to the Postmaster at the office that services the area code
who should then see that it gets delivered
We apologize for the delay.Later that day the customer replied with the following:The correct shipping address is *** ** *** ***

Consumer called inquiry line to indicate that this has been resolved

I ordered merchandise from Wind Sensations on 2/25/ Ten days afterwards, I tried to check on status of order using their telephone number I left msg on voice mail link requesting return call Repeated the request X with no responseI paid using a credit card, and when I checked my credit card account, I noticed that Wind Sensations was paid on 2/25/
