Review: I ordered (2) [redacted] Tires 205x55x16 and (4) Chrome wheels for a total price of $1150.00 I gave them a deposit of $200. They told me that it would take a week to get the wheels and tires in.I call back to Winchester Discount Audio ###-###-####, and ask them to cancel my order for the wheels and tires. The owner told me that it would cost me the $200 for restocking, paying for the employee that put the order in for me, [redacted] bill, so I could cancel but no money would be returned to me.No one explained to me that I would loose my deposit if I cancel my order.Desired Settlement: I want a complete returned of the deposit of $200

Review: My brother tried return equipment to this company and the owner refused. I went with my brother today to try again. I Asked him to show me a policy, he said he was the policy and that you cannot return something after it's been used for 2 months. I said it's been 2 weeks, not months. He said it doesn't even have a box. Well it doesn't come in a box, the company takes the equipment out of the boxes and installs the sound system in your car. He refused to show me any policy, return policy or revenue receipt. I voice recorded the entire conversation. He wants the refund because he doesn't like the sound system after trying it out. It was over prices (paid $700+) and not worth it.Desired Settlement: Full refund for all equipment.
