We have utilized this storage facility for over 2 years. We attempted to access our unit 2 days ago and found a lock on the unit. I have bank verification that the storage rent has been paid religiously when due for the entire time we have rented this unit. Phone calls to the person managing this business have gone unanswered and we need to access our belongings in that unit.
There is no cause for holding our property especially when I have documentation that the monies owed have been paid and CASHED by them monthly.
My Position: Nancy R ( owner)*** had indeed paid her storage rent on time for the entire time that she had been renting.Due to some unforeseen error, a lock had been placed on her unit. She said that it had been some time since she had been in her unit, so it is hard to tell when it was put on and apparently it was put on it error.We sincerely apologized to her and immediately removed the lock once we were made aware of it. We have contacted her and explained the situation to her.
