The customer is correct - he did give *** *** a down payment in the amount of $3,for roof and gutters. The siding was done by a sub-contractor (which I understand the HO was content with - and even hired him for additional siding work). This piece of unattached conduit was
an oversite by the siding company and as soon as it was brought to Wimmer's attention, the siding company was out the next day to attach the conduit to the homeWimmer Roofing and Exteriors followed up with the homeowner the next day to confirm that the job was compete-the homeowner expressed his satisfaction and assured *** that his complaint to the Revdex.com would be retracted
