I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below However, as per the business' response, I did contact the VP, Tracy P [redacted] , to discuss a solution As per that conversation, she agreed to refund half of the original amount billed, which was what I initially requested So, at this point, I am waiting for the refund She said that she would mail a check for approximately $ Regards, [redacted]
I received the complaint from your office regarding the service of Mr. [redacted]'s 2008 [redacted]Motor Home. I have reviewed Mr. [redacted]'s complaint and consulted with our Service Writer,Ken H[redacted] The concern in this situation is that if the customer does not have the skill set todiagnose a mechanical...
problem then we can't be certain that they have the knowledge to installthe parts they purchased correctly. If Mr. [redacted] had requested assistance with installing theseparts, we would have gladly granted his request. In my conversation with Mr. H[redacted], I learnedthat Mr. [redacted] was rude and did not allow Mr. H[redacted] the opportunity to discuss resolvingthese issues. If Mr. [redacted] had requested to speak with the owner, I would have contacted himimmediately and worked with him towards a resolution.Our Service Technicians have over 75 years of combined mechanical experience in the industly'We strive to give every customer quality, prompt and courteous service. We stand by ourworkmanship and finish the job to our customer's satisfaction.
