I'm [redacted] the Operations Manager from Wilsonville Smiles Dentistry. I just want to say I appreciate the opportunity to write back in response to the letter you received from unfortunately a dissatisfied patient. I do remember this patient, and in fact called him the next...

day 06/02/15 to talk to him because I did feel he walked out unhappy. He did not return my call. 
The Dr. we had on staff 6/01/15 felt that the patient would be in better care of a specialist for the procedure he was requesting to have performed. We offered to set that appointment for him .I truly feel bad that this patient was embarrassed about sharing personal information, however this is how we better determine how to take the best care of, and not medically compromise a patient. This private information is gone over in the privacy of our operatory. Sometimes patients still Have questions at check out which he did in fact talk about without asking to go back into a more private setting. Once again I'm truly sorry he felt embarrassed.
 
I would be happy to refund this patient. We strive very hard to have all our patients have The very best experience. And if they don't for whatever reason; we will always try to fix it and encourage feedback so we can do better next time.
Once again, I am sincerely sorry your experience with us was not a happy one. I will be refunding $59 back to this patient 6/16/15
