We received the complaint letter with ID [redacted] today. The customer had several communications with our service department as they tried to resolve the technical problem he was having with his safe. We determined that a replacement safe was needed, and one shipped to him on April 2nd. The...

customer signed for the replacement safe on April 8th, so I am not sure why he claims in his letter of April 10th that he was being ignored. Our service technician spent time on the phone with him to program the new safe and verified that it is functioning properly. As of today, he was waiting to make an appointment with a local locksmith to have the safe installed in the cabinet at our expense. If you contact the customer I'm sure he will verify the above information, and that his problem has been resolved.Sincerely

There are still issues with the "finger print recognition" on the second safe I received.  Allen, with Wilson Safe, called me this morning.  We went through the procedure on the safe once again over the phone.  And once again the unit failed to perform as it should.  Allen is going to consult with someone else in the company to discuss the problem.  He will then call me back.  With a solution, I hope.
 
I am almost ready to abandon the finger print recognition and just use the key, which came with the safe as a back up, to open and lock the safe.  I have lost faith in the finger print recognition device on this unit.
 
You may close out this complaint, if you wish.  I have invested more time than I would like to trying to resolve the problem with this product.  I am not a very happy customer at this point.  Let's just leave it at that.
