I spoke with *** *** on Thursday August around 10:AM and she shared with me how disappointed she was in the service that was provided and her interaction with our managerI thanked her for calling, apologized for her experience, offered to follwith our service department and asked
her what else I could do to help resolve the issueShe indicated that all she wanted at this point was a refund of money spent with our company and to make sure that I was aware of the situationI agreed to process a check for a refund (which was mailed that day ) and thanked her for calling and sharing the experience with me, assuring her that we do not intend to operate that way and that we can only improve when people take the time to share their negative experiences with usShe thanked me for taking her call and for addressing the refund
