I hired Jeremy *** to rebuild my house after a fire. He says he works under the license of Wilson Enterprises. After 4 months, they have not completed the work, and keep asking for more money. Another contractor says some work will have to be redone. Jeremy says I can't fire them because of the building permit. I want a refund of over payment; and to terminate these workers. IN addition, I just learned they charged me $700 for the building permit that only cost $465.00.

Desired Settlement ID: Refund Refund all over payments and return of all unused materials I purchased, including my $300 ladder and over payment for the building permit. An estimate from new contractors is pending.
